Obituary of Filumena (Fanny) Lisotta

Filumena "Fanny" Lisotta, nee Mignogna, 92 of Manhattan. Beloved mother of Carmelo "Carmine" (Darlene) and Paul (Elizabeth). Grandmother of Ellen (Frank) Menjivar. Great Grandmother of Francisco and Evan. Mrs. Lisotta was pre-deceased by her husband, Carmelo, in 2001 and her sister Marie Carone in 2019. She leaves a brother, Fred, of Long Island and many nieces and nephews. Fanny worked at Lane's Department store while raising her sons and for many years at Hoechst Celanese from which she retired. Due to COVID, funeral services will be private through Andrett Funeral Home, 199 Bleeker Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at Immaculate Conception Church 414 E 14th Street, NY with interment at St. Raymond's Cemetery in the Bronx. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice.
