Obituary

Frank was a great husband, father and professional engineer. I worked with Frank from when he started working at the city of Yonkers until I retired at the end of 2011 and we continued to talk till this year. We shared the same birthday and always wished each other a happy birthday every year. Frank was a very dedicated person who always wanted to help the people of Yonkers. He will be truly missed and the people of Yonkers will have lost a great supporter. I give my most heartfelt sympathies to all of his family. John P Meyer
